This mid-sized office project in Lower Parel was completed for Signet by Maestro Interior Solution. The 14,000 sq. ft. office features a modern, minimalist design with functional workspaces and collaborative zones. Key areas include a reception, open-plan seating, boardrooms, and café-style breakouts. High-quality materials like vitrified tiles, laminate panelling, and modular glass were used. Lighting was designed for both task and ambiance, creating a well-balanced environment. Smart storage solutions and ergonomic furniture enhanced functionality. The entire space was built to align with Signet’s corporate identity and team dynamics. Integration of IT and automation was seamless and future-ready. The project was finished ahead of schedule, with excellent client feedback.
