Maestro executed the civil and interior finishes for the premium entrance lobby at K Raheja’s Baner property. The project emphasized luxury and durability in a high-footfall zone. Italian marble flooring, wall cladding, and contemporary ceiling features were installed. A clean, inviting reception design was created using soft lighting and modern finishes. Vertical circulation areas (lifts and stairwells) were refined for visual consistency. The lobby serves as the gateway to a corporate tower, designed to leave a lasting impression. Construction was carried out with minimal disruption to tenants. The space now reflects the Raheja brand’s prestige and attention to detail.
